The fact that Spacey and Shakin' didn't do as well is surprising to me. It caught onto me quicker than Find A Door did which I love. I believe I saw you play at The Casbah on the Spacey tour. I was honestly disappointed when I didn't see Dan McCarroll behind the drums. He was so frickin solid and hit pretty hard if I recall. A Sinners reunion would be awesome. Thanks for sharing the demo.
I first saw Pete and The Sinners in a club in Portland sometime in the 90s. They opened with So I Am Over You. Let’s just say, I’ve seen great shows by all the big bands over the decades and that show still stands out as one of the most impactful. I would fly anywhere to see them together again. :)
Please the Ghost is a great song and live was the best way to hear it! I remember your band playing it at the Bayou in DC and it was great. I love the whole LP
I can't wait to hear what a new Sinner's studio effort would sound like! Small steps. Keep doing what you're doing Pete! And not to push any radical ideas but, I would pay real money to see you all perform! Thanks for the demo!

I've always liked the studio version of this (the album as a whole too for that matter, the only one of yours I've managed to pick up on vinyl), in particular the outro. It's such a big, fun, rock and roll outro.
It's really cool hearing the original demo version as it changes the last bit some, with the acoustic over the electric guitars. It gives it a really cool Led Zeppelin 3 kind of vibe, where the album has more of a Led Zeppelin 1 feel.
Hi Dan- For sure... I was lucky to have had such a killer band. And they are all great friends too. They are scattered all over the country, making it challenging to all be in the same place at the same time. Someday we'll make it happen!
Right on! I really dig the album version but it lacks some of the looseness and swagger that the demo had. I think that comes through more on the live version. Cheers!
I love this version. Thanks for sharing this, Pete. Spacey might be my favorite but it also makes me think of how parents can't pick a favorite kid.

It's my pleasure sharing the demo, Buzzy. Indeed, Dan was a great drummer. I remember that show in San Diego.

Thanks, Dan! That’s cool to hear the show was that impactful. Portland was always good to me… lots of memorable shows there in my second hometown.

HI BroGreg- Thanks! I remember that show. Dolf gave us a rousing intro.

Thanks, Jeff. I can't wait to hear what a Sinners studio album would sound like too!!! And a tour would be dreamy!!!
I remember seeing pictures of the Fairchild! Closest I ever got.
They sound amaaaaazing.
A very enjoyable listen and read! I own this album and I love it. Thank you Pete for all the great music! ♥

Thanks, Jacob! I've always been fond of that outro. I'll take those Zeppelin comments as high compliments. :)
So glad you're open to doing something again with The Sinners! That was match made in heaven. Fingers crossed!

Thanks, Alan. The demo does have a certain 'looseness' that is charming.
