I'm a Yankee fan, and Bernie was always one of my all time favorite Yankees, so it's pretty neat to know you played with him and that he was a fan. That 96 World Series is one of my fonder sports memories too.
Find A Door fizzled out? I still play the hell out of that cd and download. That album is one of my top three favorite cds of all time. It has such a happy vibe to it. I swear I even got to see Droge and the Sinners perform a 3 song set on ABC late night weekend AND I swear the dead man’s hat comes to mind for some reason?
Glad my honesty made your day! Pete, I would really love to interview you by sending you a Q and A text, email or however. I just don’t know how to go about it and if you would accept?
The Broken Arrow record is one of my favorites from Neil & Crazy Horse. What a thrill it must have been for you. I could only dream at the time. I saw them at The Gorge in September of that year.
If I recall correctly, Patti Smith opened for that show. Her "Gone Again" album had come out recently. I loved that album at the time and still do. It's one of her best.
Hi Lawrell- Sending love back at you! Indeed, lots of great memories. And I just stumbled on that great shot of you in Price, Utah in our scrapbook. Everything else is blurry and you are in crisp focus!

It was really cool to meet Bernie. He was very cool. And tore it up on the leads!

That's amazing to hear the record is in your top three! Thanks for that! Made my day! :)

Hi Brian- Thanks for your interest in an interview. At the moment I'm not doing any interviews. Sorry about that.
I understand. Well, a wise man once said, “There’s a million ways to cry but end up smiling”. Thank you for replying.

Yeah... I listened to that record a ton when it came out. It's time to revisit it! How cool to see them at The Gorge! Love that place!

Patti is a great artist. She even has her own Substack!
"just stand on a chair."
:)
Man, you brought back a flood of memories...Pete- working with you was all of my firsts and I'll never forget them. Love you both. Lawrell
